Here at LundPhotographics, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We design and make most of the products you'll find on our site from scratch. Although we do our best to keep our items stocked and ready for shipment, there are times when things get a little busy and we might not have what you want right there on the shelf. So, to be on the safe side, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for us to build your order. Thanks!

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. Deliveries occur only on Monday - Thursday. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with LundPhotographics late on Thursday or on the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Returns and Replacements
We strive to provide you with the best quality products we can produce. However, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with one of our products, we do accept returns, and will happily refund your purchase price, or exchange the item if you wish.
Here's how it works:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know what the problem is.
- If we can't resolve the problem over the phone, we'll prepare a shipping label for the item's return.
- All returned products must be in new, unused, condition with the original packaging and accessories.
- Once we've received the item and verified its contents and condition, we'll issue the refund, or exchange.
- We can't refund products that have been used with chemistry or have been altered in any way.
- Customized or special order items cannot be returned.
- Materials returned after 30 days can no longer be refunded.
- Due to the high costs of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns on international orders.
When shipping items to us, we recommend that you insure the package as we cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged in the mail.
Products can sometimes be damaged in shipping. If this is the case, damage should be apparent from the outside packaging. If shipping damage is suspected, let the carrier know immediately, do not open the package, and notify us immediately. We will contact the shipper and set the wheels in motion for it's inspection, return, and replacement.
We support all of our products and will repair or replace items or components that have faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
